NASSAU COUNTY, FL., February 18, 2021 — The Pride fall to the Jacksonville Giants in an epic 127-120 nail biter. “I couldn’t be more proud of the way our guys competed. I feel we are on the verge of becoming a top team in the league” said Coach Joshua. The Pride made a lot of costly mistakes in the 3rd quarter that created an uphill battle in the 4th quarter. “When you play against an elite team like the Giants, you have to minimize all mistakes while being poised. Our coaching staff truly believes this team is capable of competing against any team in the league but we have to believe it” said Coach Joshua.
“It was great having fans at the game” said Dr. Coleman, President of Business Operations. “The impact that our amazing fans have on the team is enormous. Our guys feed off their energy and we cannot wait until we are able to play in front of them again” Dr. Coleman went on to explain.
The Pride look forward to their next game as they take on the St. Augustine Glory this Saturday, February 20th, 7:30PM at St. Augustine High School. The Glory will be permitting fans at this game.
